​We are dedicated to helping adults and children of all ages become confident and proficient swimmers.
Since our inception in 2011, we've grown while maintaining the warm and personalised service you would expect from a small swim school. Located at venues in Truro and Penryn, we offer lessons for all ages and skill levels, ensuring everyone feels comfortable in the water.
We make it our goal to respond to all enquiries within a week.

​CHILDREN'S LESSONS
 

  • Age 3+ to club level lessons available

  • Small group lessons 

  • Current recognised Swim England Learn to Swim Framework used to implement lessons and assess and reward children's achievements.

  • Qualified, patient and enthusiastic instructors

  • Pool lifeguard/NRSTAC equivalent in attendance at every session

  • 1:1 AND 1:2 lessons available on request

  • £10:50 per lesson for small group lessons (termly payment to be made)

ADULT LESSONS- Penryn

​Adult improver sessions- Thursday 8-9pm

​

These sessions are suitable for swimmers who are looking to improve their strokes and swim fitness. In a private pool with no other users, patient Teachers will help learners to feel confident and safe in the water.

​

Adult Learn to Swim- Thursday 7-8pm

These sessions are suitable for those who cannot swim/are looking to build their confidence. If you are looking to learn front crawl or improve your overall fitness, technique and efficiency, these lessons are for you!

We run 6 week blocks of lessons at Penryn Primary Academy

TODDLER /PRE SCHOOL LESSONS
​

  • Age 2 to 5 years

  • Your fully qualified instructor will lead you in supporting and guiding you and your child through our planned, progressive lessons, both having fun and strengthening the bond between you. 

  • All teachers aim to give young children early swimming skills that are a prerequisite to independent swimming when physically ready.

  • All our teaching for these lessons is done in a fun, informative way with a child-centred, not a goal-dominated approach.

  • The lessons are very sociable and will give you the opportunity to make new friends together.

  • We offer 30-minute classes with up to eight (venue dependent) baby/parent couples in a pool where the temperature averages 30°C.

  • Only £11:50 for both adult and child pairing (termly payment to be made)
